Program EvaluationWe lead developmental, formative and process evaluations designed to provide timely, useful information. We report findings in clear, accessible formats. While deep-dive qualitative inquiry is a strength, we know that form follows function and employ the methods (qualitative or quantitative) likely to yield useful data.

Instrument DesignOur team brings extensive experience and expertise designing surveys, observation protocols, qualitative interview guides, and other data collection tools. We also partner with clients to create program review instruments, benchmarking rubrics and multi-stage performance assessments.
